Styrian Wolf is a relatively new Hop developed by the Slovenian Institute for Hop Research. When brewed, expect intense fruity and floral notes, from sweet tropical fruits to complex aromas of mango, elderflower, and violet. Due to its high alpha, this hop can be used as a bittering hop, but its aromatic complexity is even better utilized as an aroma hop. Styrian Wolf is an amazing addition to any IPA or hoppy pale ale.
