Styrian Dragon is a brand new Styrian variety introduced by the Slovenian Institute of Hop Research. This is a delicious hop with crazy notes of passion fruit, melon, berries, fleshy fruit and sweet pepper. Some of these new Slovenian hops rival the Pacific Northwest for flavour and aroma, and Styrian Dragon is no different.
