Styrian Dragon is a brand new Styrian variety introduced by the Slovenian Institute of Hop Research. This is a delicious hop with crazy notes of passion fruit, melon, berries, fleshy fruit and sweet pepper. Some of these new Slovenian hops rival the Pacific Northwest for flavour and aroma, and Styrian Dragon is no different. If you like something a little different in your next IPA or pale ale you are totally going to dig Styrian Dragon!!
