Styrian Cardinal Pellet Hops

Styrian Cardinal is a Slovenian flavour and aroma hop developed by the Slovenian Institute for Hop Research and Brewing. It contributes fruity, citrus, and floral character, with prominent pineapple, tropical fruit, strawberry, and anise notes.

Its high total oil and alpha-acid content make it useful in hop-forward pale ales and IPAs, including late, whirlpool, and dry-hop additions.
