Flaked Wheat

Flaked wheat provides the grain character and high protein content of unmalted wheat in a convenient pre-gelatinized form. It promotes head formation, body and haze while adding a light straw colour and fresh grain flavour.

It is mash-ready and normally does not require milling or a cereal mash. Because it is huskless and high in protein, rice hulls can help lautering at higher usage rates.
