Flaked Rice

Pre-gelatinized flaked rice is mash-ready and can be added directly to the mash without milling or a separate cereal mash. It contributes highly fermentable starch with restrained flavour, helping produce a lighter body and clean, dry finish.

Use it alongside an enzymatic base malt for starch conversion. It is especially useful in light lagers and other crisp, easy-drinking beers.
