Flaked Oats

Pre-gelatinized flaked oats are mash-ready and do not require milling. They add a creamy mouthfeel, fuller body, haze and improved head retention, making them useful in oatmeal stouts, hazy ales and other body-forward styles.

Oats are huskless, so rice hulls can help maintain wort flow when they make up a larger portion of the grist.
