Flaked Corn

Pre-gelatinized flaked corn is mash-ready and can be added directly to the mash without milling or a separate cereal mash. It contributes fermentable extract while helping create a lighter colour, lighter body and clean, subtle corn character.

Because flaked corn is unmalted and has no diastatic power of its own, use it alongside an enzymatic base malt for starch conversion.
