Elani Pellet Hops

Elani (YQH-1320 cv.) is a clean, bright American hop with a tropical-citrus and stone-fruit profile. Expect pineapple, guava, lime, white peach and orange zest, making it a strong choice for pale ales, West Coast IPAs and hazy IPAs.

Use it in the whirlpool or dry hop, either on its own or alongside other expressive varieties. Alpha acids vary by crop and lot, so use the value printed on the package when calculating bitterness.
