Biscuit Malt Dingemans (1 lb)

Dingemans Biscuit® is a toasted malt with warm bread and cookie-like flavour, a rich biscuit aroma, and garnet-brown colour. It is roasted without retaining active enzymes, so it should be mashed with malt that provides sufficient diastatic power.

It adds toasted complexity to Belgian abbey ales, stouts, porters, brown ales, bocks, barleywines, and other malt-forward beers.
