Dark Side Lager pours nearly black with a tan head, but don’t let that scare you — this is one of the easiest-drinking beers in the lineup. Built with 2-Row, Vienna, biscuit, and Munich dark for a malty backbone, plus just enough roast barley to give it that deep, dark color and gentle coffee-like finish.

Northern Brewer hops add a smooth bitterness while Saaz brings a clean, herbal note that keeps everything crisp and balanced. This is the beer that wins over people who say, “I don’t like dark beer.”

– 10 L Pasteurized Wort Kit – Makes 23 L (6 US gal) finished beer. Just add water and the included yeast.
– All-Grain Kit – Includes pre-milled grains, hops, and yeast for full mash brewing.
