Kilnfire – Homebrew Junction Beer Kit

Kilnfire is our take on a classic Irish Red — malty, toasty, and just a little bit earthy from the Fuggle hops. Built on Maris and Munich dark for a rich backbone with a touch of caramel sweetness, it pours a deep ruby red that glows in the glass.

S-04 keeps the fermentation clean and lets the malt character shine. This is the one you pour when you want to sit back and enjoy a beer that’s got some depth.

Tasting Note:
Malty, smooth, with a hint of caramel and a clean, balanced finish.

Available two ways:
– 10 L Pasteurized Wort Kit – Makes 23 L (6 US gal) finished beer. Just add water and the included yeast.
– All-Grain Kit – Includes pre-milled grains, hops, and yeast for full mash brewing.
