Crystal Light Malt Simpson's

Simpson's Crystal Light adds gentle toffee, honeyed sweetness and light dried-fruit character with a rich golden-amber colour. It builds body and malt complexity without overpowering hop or yeast character, making it useful in pale ales, bitters, blonde ales, amber ales, red ales, brown ales and porters.

• Colour: 36–43°L (95–113 EBC)
• Moisture: 6% maximum
• Extract: 70% dry basis minimum
• Typical usage: 5–15% of the grist
• Flavour: Toffee, honey, light dried fruit, nutty and biscuit notes
