Centennial is a high-alpha dual-purpose American hop with excellent aromatic capability. It works as a stand-alone variety or in blends for American IPAs, pale ales, stouts, and porters, and at lower intensity in American wheat and blonde ales.
Its profile is predominantly citrus, with lemon, orange, floral, tropical, woody, and pine-like notes.
