Carared Malt Weyermann

Weyermann CARARED® is a red-brown German caramel malt with malty-sweet notes of caramel, honey, and pastry. It intensifies reddish colour, adds gentle malt body, and helps stabilize the flavour profile of amber and red beers.

It is well suited to Vienna lager, Rotbier, Irish red ale, red IPA, amber ale, bock, porter, wheat beer, and other styles where warm red colour and caramel complexity are wanted.
