Caramunich II Malt Weyermann

Weyermann CARAMUNICH® Type 2 is a German caramel malt with pronounced caramel and pastry notes. Darker than Type 1, it adds rich malt body, amber-to-dark-copper colour, and improved head retention to lagers, bocks, brown ales, stouts, porters, and other malt-forward beers.
