Weyermann CARAFOAM® is a light German caramel malt designed to improve foam formation, head retention, body, and mouthfeel while contributing only gentle malty-sweet and caramel notes.

It is suitable for lagers, pilsners, bocks, ales, low-alcohol beer, and non-alcoholic beer where added structure is wanted without significant colour.

• Colour: 1.4–2.9 °L (2.5–6.5 EBC)
• Moisture: 8% maximum
• Extract: 75% dry basis minimum
• Usage: up to 40% of the grist
