Barrel Beast is our biggest, boldest stout — a jet-black imperial stout aged on bourbon-soaked oak for weeks. The result is layer after layer of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, vanilla, caramel, and warming bourbon heat.

Brewed with Maris Otter, oats, Munich, and just the right blend of roasted malts, this is the ultimate slow-sipper. Patience is rewarded — after a few weeks on oak, this beast smooths out into a silky, decadent dessert beer.

Tasting Note:
Thick and chewy with rich chocolate, coffee roast, sweet vanilla, and a warm bourbon finish.

Available two ways:
– 10 L Pasteurized Wort Kit – Makes 23 L (6 US gal) finished beer. Just add water and the included yeast.
– All-Grain Kit – Includes pre-milled grains, hops, and yeast for full mash brewing.
