Banana Split is a soft, hazy wheat beer fermented with WHC Banana Split yeast — delivering notes of banana, vanilla, and a hint of clove straight from the fermentation. No fruit added, just classic hefeweizen magic.

Built on a simple half-pils, half-wheat grain bill with a touch of Carafoam for that big fluffy head, then lightly hopped with Hallertau to keep it smooth and refreshing. This one’s pure summer-in-a-glass.

Tasting Note:
Hazy golden wheat beer with banana, clove, and vanilla aromatics and a soft, creamy finish.

Available two ways:
– 10 L Pasteurized Wort Kit – Makes 23 L (6 US gal) finished beer. Just add water and the included yeast.
– All-Grain Kit – Includes pre-milled grains, hops, and yeast for full mash brewing.
