Azacca Pellet Hops

Azacca® is an American hop with an expressive profile of citrus, pine, tropical fruit, ripe berries, and stone fruit. It performs especially well in whirlpool and dry-hop additions where its bright, juicy aromatics can take centre stage.

Use it in pale ales, IPAs, saisons, and other fruit-forward or hop-forward beers.

• Purpose: Dual purpose, especially flavour and aroma
• Typical alpha acids: 10–14% (varies by crop and lot)
• Typical beta acids: 4–6%
• Total oil: 1–2 ml/100 g
