6 Row Malt Rahr 55lb Bag

Rahr Standard 6-Row is a light-coloured base malt made from North American six-row barley. Its higher protein content and strong enzymatic power make it especially useful in recipes containing large portions of specialty malt, wheat, or unmalted adjuncts.

It is also well suited to historical North American styles. Very high percentages may benefit from adjuncts or a protein rest.
