BRU-1 Pellet Hops

BRU-1™ is an American hop developed through Brulotte Farms in Washington's Yakima Valley. It is best known for a fruit-forward profile led by pineapple and tropical fruit, with supporting spicy, fennel, floral, eucalyptus, and tea-like notes.

BRU-1 works particularly well in late, whirlpool, and dry-hop additions and pairs effectively with varieties such as Citra and Chinook.
