Bergamot Pellet Hops

Bergamot™ is a Great Lakes Hops variety known for an unmistakably orange-forward profile. Brewers report sweet orange juice, orange rind and zest alongside mango, cherry, lemongrass, lime, juniper, tropical fruit, and a touch of dank character.

It is especially useful in late, whirlpool, and dry-hop additions when a vivid citrus aroma is wanted in pale ales, IPAs, and other hop-forward beers.
